Air Travel to the Safari Destination
The clients of Crocodie River Safaris are responsible for making their own reservations to and from the Safari start point (Kruger Mpumualanga International Airport) Close to the Kruger National Park in the Mpumalange district of South Africa, and the payment thereof. For international travellers flight connections are available from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban by SA Airlink and Nationwide.

Collection on Arrival
Crocodile River Safaris will collect their clients at the airport on the day of their arrival, at the agreed time and return them to the airport at the agreed time on the day of their departure.

All travel arrangements from date of arrival to date of departure will be organised by Crocodile River Safaris.

Travel whilst on Safari
All travel whilst on Safari will be by air conditioned vehicle.

The national road system is of well manitained tar macadam roads that provide access to most locations. We try to limit each leg of the journey to 2.5 hours or less. Intermediate comfort breaks are made for the convenience of our clients.

Many of the roads in the wildlife areas are well maintained gravel surfaces and in the more remote areas they are sand tracks. At times during the heavy rains some roads may be suitable for 4 wheel drive vehicles only. For this reason suitable vehicles are used.

Your Personal Guide
Your host will be your guide for most of your journey and will accompany you at all times.

Kruger National Park
On entering the Kruger National Park visitors will be given a set of rules that must be adhered to at all times. Please read and understand these rules as contravention of such rules may result in the offender being fined or excluded from the area. Your host will give you guidance should you need it.
